Ramin Jahanbegloo has had a lot to say about cosmopolitanism, the public intellectual, peaceful conflict resolution, globalization, liberalism, democratic government and the like. Unfortunately I only learned of Jahanbegloo's work when the news of his imprisonment began to spread in early May.
